We are thrilled to share that Perry Dining Hall at Mississippi State University has been awarded the Collegiate Citation—the top higher education honor in American School & University’s 2026 Educational Interiors Showcase.

Originally built in 1921, Perry Hall was reimagined from a traditional cafeteria into a vibrant, modern food hall and social hub. The design seamlessly blends historic architecture with contemporary campus life, incorporating diverse culinary stations, retail favorites like Starbucks and Moe’s Southwest Grill, and the return of the university's beloved State Fountain Bakery.

Congratulations to the design team, our clients at MSU Dining/Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, Mississippi State University leaders and stakeholders, and everyone involved in turning this beloved landmark into an award-winning space for the student community.

Sydney and Taylor made a site visit to , where we're working on the two-story dining space inside a new 25-story mixed-use housing development. Led by and Cube 3, this project adds 1,000 beds to campus as well as 28,000 sf feet of new dining. The new building is set to open in fall 2027.

We are thrilled to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of the FMOL Health Learning & Laboratory Wing at LSU's historic Huey P. Long Field House.

Following our work on Phase 1 of the Huey P. Long Field House adaptive reuse alongside our joint-venture partners at RHH Architects, we are honored to continue revitalizing this iconic campus anchor. The state-of-the-art wing expands the Baton Rouge instructional site for LSU Health New Orleans' School of Nursing and features advanced clinical simulation labs, a 15-bed hospital skills lab, and collaborative learning spaces designed to shape the future of healthcare education and workforce development in Louisiana.

One year ago today. Here’s to another great school year ahead for this talented community of kids and educators.

The $34.4 million rebuilding project — construction cost was $27 million — was completed this summer just in time for the start of the 2025-26 school year. Students and staff have spent the past two school years five miles away at the former Kenilworth Middle campus.
