We’re currently working on a 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing warehouse and office addition for a valued repeat client we’ve had the privilege of working with since the 1990s. Relationships like this are what it’s all about.

We’re proud to see 225 Magazine spotlight the all-new Southdowns Grille — a project that was truly special for our team at Salco.

It was an honor to help design and bring this space to life, transforming the former Solera restaurant into something fresh, inviting, and uniquely its own. Working alongside Tiffany and Brian D***s was an absolute pleasure — their vision and passion made this project one to remember.

We’re excited to see the doors open and the community experience it for themselves. Be sure to check it out when it opens to the public on Tuesday, April 14th!

Southdowns Grille, opening April 14, will serve “elevated comfort food” for lunch and dinner inside the space formerly occupied by Solera.
