ProGreen Lawn & Landscape, LLC is looking to add hardworking team members to our crew for the 2026 season! 💪🌱
📍 Location: Baton Rouge & surrounding areas
💰 Competitive Pay with overtime available
⏰ Full-Time: 30+ hours/week (Mon–Fri, some weekends possible)

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Mowing, trimming & general lawn care 🌾
• Sod installation & planting 🌱
• Mulching,
• Landscape cleanup & landscaping projects 🍂
• And more hands-on outdoor work!

✅ What You Need:
• Ability to perform physical labor (lift up to 50 lbs) 💪
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather ☀️🌧️
• Reliable & ready to work the full season
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
•Valid Drivers License Preferred

This Louisiana HEAT is no joke 🥵

Here are a few ways to help your grass survive this brutal Louisiana summer:

💧 Water early in the morning (not at night!)
✂️ Don’t cut it too short—taller grass holds moisture
🚫 Hold off on the fertilizer, for now
👀 Watch for signs of heat stress—like dry, discolored patches

We've been proud to work on this large development project in Lake Charles these past couple months, handling everything from the over a mile of irrigation pipe, fresh sod installation, and 140+ trees to 4 acres of hydroseed --- and we're not done yet!
