Phase 2 of our interior photos showcases the warmth and intentional design that truly makes this house feel like home — layered textures, custom millwork, statement lighting, designer finishes, and spaces created for gathering. Every room was thoughtfully planned, not just to look beautiful in photos, but to function for real life.

What makes this one even more meaningful is who built it.

PHASE 1 – INTERIOR REVEAL 🏡✨

We’re excited to finally start sharing the interior of this custom home we built in University Club Plantation through our family business, Traditions Construction.

This first round of photos highlights two absolute showpieces:

• A stunning two-story curved staircase that makes a statement the moment you walk through the front doors. The craftsmanship, symmetry, and flow set the tone for the entire home.

• A true chef’s kitchen designed for both everyday living and entertaining — featuring custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and one of our favorite details… intricate metal inlays woven into the tile flooring. It’s those custom touches that elevate a home from beautiful to unforgettable.

Every detail in this home was thoughtfully designed and carefully executed — from structural framing to finish selections — to reflect both luxury and livability.

My brother and I are excited to share the exterior elevations of a gorgeous custom home we built in University Club Plantation.
