Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, donors, and attendees, this year’s paddle raise and live auction generated more than $400,000 to help expand adolescent mental health programs and services throughout the region. 🇬🇧

Progress at Imperial Terrace in Houma, Louisiana continues across multiple phases, with site work, exterior construction, and interior spaces all moving forward🏗

Imperial Terrace is a community-style multifamily development located in the heart of Houma, LA. The residential campus will feature four modern buildings arranged around a central hub that includes a clubhouse, a family-friendly playground, and a covered outdoor gathering space. With a total of 120 units, Imperial Terrace will offer a mix of spacious 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the families and individuals of the community.

Construction continues at Cohn Elementary🏗

This project will consist of construction of 3 additional classroom buildings adding approximately 60,000 – 70,000 square feet to the school campus. The scope of the project also includes the strategic demolition of existing structures to accommodate the 3 new buildings to be added. The buildings will be comprised of classrooms for elementary and middle school students, a dedicated library building, and a new gymnasium.

Ardendale Phase II update! Framing is up & roofing is underway.

Womack-Legette, a Joint Venture LLC, will deliver a 70-unit senior living facility totaling approximately 72,000 square feet. The four-story, wood-framed structure will feature a mix of brick veneer, fiber-cement siding, and metal panel cladding. Amenities will include a Community Room, Exercise Room, Wellness Center, and an Outdoor Gathering Area.
