This summer, LSU electrical engineering student, Aidan Loga, took learning beyond the classroom through MMR's summer internship program.

Working alongside electricians, foremen, engineers and project teams, Aidan gained hands-on experience on a large-scale electrical project supporting hyperscale data center infrastructure. From grounding grids and cable tray systems to conduit, power and control systems, his summer offered a firsthand look at how engineering and field ex*****on come together.

As Aidan heads back to LSU to finish his electrical engineering degree, his experience with MMR isn't ending. He will continue his internship through MMR University, building on the knowledge and experience he gained in the field this summer.

We are proud to provide students like Aidan with opportunities to learn from our teams, gain meaningful industry experience and continue developing the skills that will shape their careers.

Earlier this month, some of our MMR team spent First Tuesday giving back to the Baton Rouge community.

One group teamed up with Spread the Love to make 500+ PB&J sandwiches for local community refrigerators, while another spent the day at St. Lillian Academy, painting a second-grade classroom and elementary hallway.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to step outside of our everyday work and give back to the communities we call home.

MMR Group joins the LSU and Baton Rouge communities in remembering Skip Bertman and the incredible legacy he leaves behind.

Skip's impact reached far beyond the baseball field. His commitment to Baton Rouge and the people who call it home was evident in so many ways, including his support of the Miracle League at Cypress Mounds, a cause he shared with MMR President and CEO Pepper Rutland.

We are grateful for Skip's friendship, leadership and lasting contributions to a community that meant so much to him.

This month, MMR employees once again joined volunteers across our communities for First Tuesday, giving back through projects that make a meaningful difference.

One team partnered with Spread the Love, preparing more than 500 sandwiches for community refrigerators serving families throughout Baton Rouge. Another group volunteered at St. Lillian Academy, helping refresh a second-grade classroom by painting the space for students and staff.

At MMR, we proudly support organizations that strengthen our communities and give our employees opportunities to make an impact. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and to First Tuesday for organizing another great day of service.
