Nature Nannies LLC – Lawn Care Crew Member

Nature Nannies LLC is a small, locally owned company seeking lawn care crew members. We have both full‑time and part‑time positions available, offering 20–40 hours per week. Positions may be seasonal or year‑round, depending on availability and business needs. A positive attitude is more important to us than experience, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

**Responsibilities (may include):**

- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Mulching, raking, and general yard clean‑up
- Assisting with planting and basic landscape maintenance
- Safely operating lawn care equipment as trained
- Working as part of a team to complete daily routes on time

**Qualifications:**

- At least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work long hours during peak seasonal times in all weather conditions, including light rain, heat, and cold
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

COME GROW WITH US. Small locally owned company seeking lawn care crew members, full time and part time positions available, 20-40 hrs a week seasonal work. Positive attitude is more important than experience. Starting pay is based on experience. Base pay is $15/hr with a pay increase at the end of two weeks if the employee is on time with a good attitude and works the scheduled hours. Incentive pay will be given at the end of this lawn care season.
