Today marks a milestone for how we manage phone calls and text messages.

As of yesterday I was the gatekeeper of all calls and texts. This was a recipe for disaster and was a top constraint we needed to address.

After today, your calls and texts can be responded to by me, our real assistant living in Pillager, or our AI Receptionist (name is TBD).

Our phone number will remain the same but the response time should become faster and more consistent.

It's a strange feeling to no longer serve as this gatekeeper but the outcome is a necessity - I found I was making too many errors trying to manage it.

Thanks for your support- we are striving to be better.

Update: The transition is still a work in progress. I anticipate this to be functioning better by end of day Wednesday. Training the AI Receptionist will be an ongoing work in progress.

The hardest part of business isn't putting out the biggest fire - it's building the fire suppression system while watching the other 99 fires burn.

I made a valuable mistake earlier this year when we began expanding NVR - I didn't address our internal constraints, and it magnified the chaos and completely crushed me.

We're in the process of strategically righting the ship by aggressively improving these constraints.

We're taking another swing at expanding our capacity again. We will get through the swamps of business. As far as I'm concerned It's do or die.

We've roughly trippled our top line from a year ago and I promise you we're going to double it again by the end of this calender year.

The few people in the know about our work behind the scenes find me a little crazy. They haven't voiced it but I can feel it - and I'm okay with it.

We will build something beautiful.

The community continues to amaze us. Your support is honestly hard to keep pace with. We are responding by taking strides to expand our capacity and establish systems that improve consistency. Thanks for your support and your patience. What feels like patience to our customers feels like lightning speed to us. It feels like just yesterday we were a one man show. Now we could be a 10 person team with the right systems in place.

No matter what happens from here we will always remain true to our roots and never compromise at another person's expense.

We are officially in the fast lane.

We've partnered with someone to provide post construction/remodel cleans. She recently completed her first cleaning with us and we received very positive feedback from the clients. We plan to continue offering this service but if other contractors are looking for a similar service we're open to conversations about it. Call/Text Ben @ 218.251.7762.

Here's an update on upcoming changes to New View Renovations.

In order to address a couple key areas of constraints within our operations we'll be looking to add a few more people to our team.

We'll be looking to add two Apprentice Carpenters and one additional person to help build proposals and plan out project details (job title TBD).

This is all in an effort to improve the client experience and build off recent momentum.
