Definitely important to ALWAYS take the old underlayment and everything off down to the wood and make sure its all good. In this case, it needed all new decking. Still got it finished up today.

Just about finished up at this project. New roof a couple years ago, now new siding, some facia repairs, steel skirting and new landing and stairs with stone to make it all look good. Definitely happy with how this one's turning out.
