Home owner called wanting a set of French doors changed to 2 windows. During the estimate I noticed a hole in the deck and could see a rotten board underneath. It was the rim joist. Turned out to be the rim joist, 4 floor joists, door frame, sole plate, subfloor, etc. Just finishing things up.
