We are excited to welcome Joe Conrad to Conductor Power as our Senior Vice President of Operational Performance and Risk.

Joe brings nearly 29 years of experience across both the utility and renewable EPC sectors. His career began in the field, giving him a practical understanding of the work, the people, and the operational discipline required to deliver complex energy projects. That background, combined with his leadership experience, makes him an important addition as Conductor Power continues to grow.

When asked about Joe, our CEO Jesse Zahn said, “What stood out to me most was Joe’s personal approach. He is confident, commanding, and brings a strong leadership presence - something I stress to our leaders at Conductor Power every day. He is equally convincing in his desire for improvement, which blends perfectly with our ‘1% better each day’ mantra. I look forward to seeing that in motion with him.”

As SVP of Operational Performance and Risk, Joe will help advance operational excellence, foster the evolution of safety and human organizational performance, strengthen risk management, and support the systems needed for continued growth. He sees the opportunity to join Conductor Power as a chance to help scale an organization while building an even stronger foundation for safety, field ex*****on, accountability, and long-term success.

At Conductor Power, our “W” POWER value stands for Wellbeing and Safety. That means safety is more than what happens on a jobsite. It also includes how we support the mental health and wellbeing of the people around us.

In recognition of Mental Health Month, our Director of People Operations, Jennie Dolzal, shared a thoughtful perspective on why mental health is safety, and how simple, intentional actions can help strengthen our teams.

The Equipment Coordinator position is available in the northern part of Montana (near Glacier) in the town of Ethridge and requires knowledge of construction equipment, a good work ethic, strong communication skills, and a High School diploma.

The Senior Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, plus experience, and is a remote job - though preference is given to candidates in Arizona, especially the greater Phoenix area.
