Saginaw Playscape Park Transformation

Construction continues to move forward on the new community playscape.

Recent progress includes:
• Site demolition and clearing
• Finish grading and excavation
• New concrete walkways
• Curved concrete retaining walls
• Preparation for playground installation

We're excited to bring this new inclusive play space to the community and will continue sharing updates as work progresses.

Project Complete | The Smith Lofts – Downtown Bay City - 610 Adams St.

At New Adventure Development & Construction, we take pride in transforming historic spaces into modern, functional, high-end living.

Built in 1890, The Smith Lofts have undergone a full gut renovation and complete rebuild in 2025, blending historic character with today’s design, safety, and efficiency standards.

Last week we had the chance to stop by and drop off some beef to our crews as a small Thanksgiving “thank you.”

To all of our guys out in the field and behind the scenes — we appreciate you. Your hard work, early mornings, late nights, and commitment to our projects and our customers don’t go unnoticed.

Our teams keeps everything moving, and we’re grateful for each and every one of you.

After the devastating fire earlier this year, the team at Day Escape Salon & Spa has shown nothing but strength, resilience, and determination. We’re proud to be working alongside them to bring their vision back to life — refreshed, modernized, and better than ever. Construction is officially complete, and we’re excited to restore a space that means so much to their clients and this community.
