Due to my limited availability, I’m best suited for small projects or projects without strict deadlines.

That being said, it’s really cool seeing people’s excitement when you add some plugs they’ve been wanting or change / fix a light. Those small jobs can be pretty rewarding.

This fall and winter I did a couple jobs for Lake Effect Chiropractic. A dedicated circuit for their Plunge and with the two owners help, hung and fished wires for a LED / neon style sign. They are an awesome group of people over there. Go check them out!

Doing some troubleshooting on a control valve. It uses 2 separate signals to operate. 1 to tell it how far to open and 1 to report back to the control system how far it’s opened. The signal to report how far it’s opened isn’t getting back to our control system.

Installed some power and HDMI outlets for a TV to be installed over a fireplace.

Their daughter made me a special card too! Thank you Mara! 😁

One thing I really like about doing this for residential clients is seeing how happy the thing you do makes them.

Installed an exhaust fan in a bathroom that didn’t previously have one. Along with some recessed lighting in the soffit in front of the garage.
