Another deck, another happy homeowner ready to spend their afternoons in the backyard. This one was a beautiful upgrade from their previous concrete patio, and will be enjoyed for years to come. The idea behind the tall posts in the corners will be for future string lights hanging.

Now THAT is an outdoor space! With just shy of 1,000 sq ft of elevated deck space, this rebuild was well worth it. From full blown holes in the decking, rotted falling handrails, and joists that were WAY over the code compliant span, these homeowners now have a deck built to last, and even a front porch for that early morning coffee. To top it off, the homeowners can fill the new planter boxes around the bottom with plenty of greenery. Check out the pictures at the end to see the before!

Another shower down! This one is very similar to the last, with swapping out a very outdated tub, removing the soffit, and installing new shower base, walls, light, and a door.
