Implement Penalties for Unlawful Animal Seizures by Law Enforcement and Animal Control

We started a petition to go before the state... it is a petition to hold law enforcement and animal control accountable in the court of law for any actions taking again you and the unjustifiable seizure and/or euthanizing of pets. We have the 4th Ammendment that protects our rights against any form of unjustified search and seizures. Our pets also have rights to LIVE... we must all stand together and make our voices heard that we will not stand by any longer while these power tripping people continue to unlawfully and unjustifiably MURDER our sweet babies for NO reason. This petition is based on a devastating incident that we ourselves just went through and 3 of our babies were unjustifiably and wrongfully taken from us for absolutely no reason at all and was murdered... we were denied our right to due process and was not even given the opportunity to fix any of the " violations" they claimed against us.. they used threats of imprisonment, the seizure and murder of ALL of our babies and complete mental abuse by intimidation to force us into giving up 3 of our sweet babies... all over what they claimed was "inadequate" shelters because we had to move 3 of them for jumping the fence and we had to get the materials to build their houses so we put down pallets and put some tarps up for the walls and roof.. they had blankets pillows toys food water and they were happy... but they were wrongfully taken and murdered for BS... this has destroyed our hearts and has been mentally and emotionally overwhelming for us.. so please help us spread the word and reclaim the rights the law enforcement and animal control workers have decided is just up to them to uphold the law...
