As many are aware, the construction industry is experiencing a period of material price inflation. Greystone Construction is doing all we can to help absorb these cost increases to help you move forward with your projects.

With that being said, it is our suggestion that you not defer projects. In doing so, this will require another quote on materials as the lumber prices are changing almost daily. Lumber yards are only guaranting prices for a couple days. Getting multiple quotes on the same job will cause us a delay in scheduling your job, not to mention the time needed to do these quotes with not only us, but our lumber supplier as well. Higher construction material prices are anticipated for the next few months or thereafter. Material shortages are also possible for the remainder of 2021 and into next year.

Master bath remodel for one of our favorite return clients. We reconfigured a master bath to add a nice soaking tub for the queen of the house but let’s not forget the amazing shower for the king of the house too.
