Not every renovation begins by choice — but sometimes an unexpected setback creates the opportunity to reimagine, improve, and rebuild better.

While these homeowners were away on vacation, a broken toilet supply line caused significant water damage throughout their home. Once mitigation was complete, they had a decision to make: restore everything exactly as it was, or take the opportunity to rethink the space.

They chose to move forward with something new and improved.

We’re expanding the kitchen and dining area to create a more open, functional layout designed around how they actually live and use their home.
