Wrapped this house up today in Lacey NJ. Went a couple of days over schedule but the end result speaks for itself. We had popcorn removal here and a drywall patch work from a leak and added chair rail in the 1/2 bathroom. We are glad that our clients are happy with the job. We did a lot of work on this home in Eatontown NJ. All trim and doors were gray. We prepped the floors with rosin paper and painters tape. Covered kitchen cabinets, vanities and furniture with plastic. We then proceeded to do all of our prep work (Spackling and caulking) then sanded everything with our Festool Sanding System. All ceilings were painted with 2 coats of flat white paint. All trim was painted with 3 coats of white semi-gloss and all doors were sanded, primed and painted with 2 coats with black satin paint. We also painted the railings and spindles and well. They wanted all walls painted the same color except in the nursery for their much awaited daughter. Congratulations to this couple who after they closed on this home he got on his knee in front of the fireplace and asked his girlfriend to marry him. She said yes. Amazing couple. Painted the gable vents and side garage door black and used a semi gloss oil based polyurethane for this bar area for one of my neighbors. He’s been waiting to get it done so I figured let’s get him done today before the rain comes later.

We finished all of the white areas on this big exterior in Lavalette. Softwashed the entire house first than treated all of the rusted nail areas that we’re turning orange than applied 2 coats of a satin white. Looks fresh. Just what we were looking for.
