Job 3 from the past few weeks. This home is in Lacey NJ. They had a pipe that burst in the winter so the whole main floor was gutted down to the studs. Had it sheetrocked, taped, spackled and sanded and primed. All new trim and doors throughout which we caulked, Bondo’d, sanded and sprayed. We are waiting to go back because they have all new windows and window trim going in this week. We will have to caulk, Bondo, sand and paint all window trim. Great customer. Builder up in NY. Job 2 from the past couple of weeks. The lighting isn’t great in this home in Holmdel. This was a 2 week project with 12 hour days including the weekend. Besides the prep work there was stained trim and doors throughout the house that we had to sand, Cover Stain, caulk and putty before we were able to paint it. We did the same process on the stringers and risers on the staircase. Kitchen had wallpaper and all vents had to be cleaned, sprayed with primer than 2 coats of semi gloss. All trim and doors were sprayed in this home. Doors are a seperate color. Do you think it lightened the place up a little bit? The customer definitely thinks so. Job 1 from the past couple of weeks that we completed. This house had paneling everywhere. It was dark. After it was taken off a full spackle job was done and sanded. We oil primed the entire place. Caulked and puttied all new trim and doors. Did a complete paint job on everything that you see in the pictures. The job came out beautiful.
