Progress on our Beacon Falls addition. Second floor is up. New laundry room, master bedroom, walk in closets, master bathroom and new roof over the other section of the house with additional storage in a new walk up attic. Next up is electrical, plumbing and Hvac.

2 week progress on our Beacon Falls addition/full house remodel project. We demoed both roofs and got the Framing up even with the challenges with this ice cold December and rain/snow. After we get the roof on, by early next week, and windows installed we will be watertight to continue the inside work for the rest of winter!!!!

We recently got the ball rolling on our Beacon Falls winter addition project. This home had tree damage and we will be repairing the damage from the tree along with adding a second floor for new master bedroom, bathroom, walk in closets and a laundry room. With the homeowners being out of a home for almost 2 years now we are looking to get these homeowners back into their home as soon as possible.

Progress on our shelton garage addition with second floor above, new cedar shake vinyl siding for the entire house and new trex decking for the rear deck. Shelton farmhouse remodel progress, just needs some finishing touches. This house was a nice challenge being built in the 1800s and to modernize it to today's building code standards. This house was completely gutted, new beams to open up walls for an open floor concept were installed and rooms were rearranged to make it a more comfortable living environment. Two new trex decks with screened in porch on the rear deck. These two decks were originally built with pressure treated decking and railings. We relocated the stairs on the rear deck along with adding a screened in section and widened the steps on the front deck. We then installed all new trex decking and railings along with new vinyl lattice and pvc to wrap the deck. This gave the decks the face-lift it needed and will be maintenance free for years to come. New trex deck in Orange. Check out those before pictures!!! We demoed the old deck and installed new footings, gravel under the deck, reframed the new deck out and installed Trex clam shell decking with white vinyl trim to finish it off. Just in time for summer so this family can enjoy their pool!!!!

During the recent remodel of our bathroom, I had the opportunity to meet the contractor who estimated, constructed and completed the job, Justin P. Carfo, of JPC Remodelers. I would highly recommend Justin and his crew to anyone interested in such a project. Upon meeting Justin to discuss the project, he was cordial, very informative, provided many design suggestions and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Throughout the process, Justin and his crew were prompt in arriving at the scheduled time, worked consecutive days, were considerate of my home, and their craftsmanship was excellent. Justin and his crew are exceptional workers and a great find. I am so very pleased with our newly remodeled bathroom and will definitely be using JPC Remodelers in the future.
