We recently had the privledge of performing a project for someone in our community that lost access to their home when the driveway was washed out in the flooding last August. Permits, planning and fabrication took a long time but as of yesterday this amazing family was able to drive to their house from the road. Something as simple as using their driveway couldn’t be done for 7 months!
Our crews worked hard to get them in only a week and a half after we started! We promised a date and met it even after our first stream bipass was destroyed by 2” of rain Wednesday of last week!
This is what makes us proud! A project like this makes all the difference. There is still the guard rail and asphalt but we are most of the way there

Sometimes you have to do the dirty work. Yesterday our friends At NBC came by to pump flofill to backfill two indoor pools we were contracted to dig and backfill. The space was too small to get compaction equipment in so we opted for this route. Great job by NBC!

Gamechanger alert! We bought this fine grading unit to accelerate our productivity. We do a good amount of new warehouses with large footprints. Grading for the floors is always a challenge and eats up valuable crew time. Now we can cut the crew size in half and time it takes by almost 2/3!
Cannot wait until the next big thing!

This guy Mike Rowe is my favorite celebrity if you will. He speaks truth and I agree with his every statement. I preach these views everyday and have personally seen it work. Then again, I am a product of both higher esucation and trade and also have one in both school (since graduated) and also one that went the trade route.

They both work well but the school route needs to be well thought out as it relates to debt after you finish. Treat higher education like a business decision. What is my ROI and where will I be when I receive my degree!

Mike Rowe gets this. Take the time to listen. It is only 20 minutes or so. He is articulate and speaks from his heart. Never be afraid of doing the hard job and working hard.. You will not fail💯
