Our first entire house exterior job completed for the year. A couple fresh coats of paint on previously painted siding and white trim brought this place to life.

Great way to sell your house for some more dollars is fresh paint (and drywall repair) and change out the carpets. Ceiling got white and walls BM White Dove.

A small project where we re-tapped a few areas. Primed a few water stains and paint after. Removed wallpaper and skim coated, then primed and painted.

All to make these places look clean and presentable.

We painted all ceilings and walls. Large room walls got BM White Dove and smaller room got BM Ice Mist.

Place came to life. Entire place (ceiling, walls, doors and trim) got White Dove with various finishes. We also removed the wallpaper, primed, skim coated the walls in one room.

Some inspiration for wall color - New color for walls we put on: BM Natural Linen 966 - now the clients have a nice ambience at night and the color matches their home much better.

Would also like to thank clients for their hospitality.

We painted these Kitchen Cabinets BM Colinwood OC-28. The walls were previously painted in BM Classic Gray.

During the painting process we take off all the hardware, so if you like, we can install new hardware (hinges, pulls, etc) on the cabinets - just as we did here. If you’re fine with the existing hardware then we would just put that back on after we are done.

Some before/after and progress pics of a home we finished painting in Cornwall, NY a couple weeks ago. We painted the home siding in Benjamin Moore Woodluxe Solid Stain Redwood ES-20 (it was originally painted in Redwood), trim got Regal exterior High Build white, door got Regal exterior HB low lustre black. Looks good and will protect the home’s wood for many years to come.

Some of the prep included pressure washing, Sanding, Screwing in loose boards, Applying Bondo filler to holes and small areas of previously rotted wood. Replacing sections of rotted soffits, caulking gaps.

Me on ladder in 2nd pic working on about 18’ ceiling (12” ladder in pic). We love working on high ceilings.

Walls done in Alabaster SW 7008, Top Rail in Black, railing spindles semigloss white, ceiling flat white. I like the new color scheme.
