We service Northern Virginia and the surrounding counties, and we are looking for someone who has a valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportation. Someone who enjoys working indoors and outdoors. A person who enjoys performing tasks with their hands and is ready for a rewarding day of hard work. Job Physical Requirements:
• Standing, walking, climbing, bending, using ladders and stairs
• Regularly lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 80 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 80 pounds
• Ability to adjust body position to bend, stoop, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to use and supply basic hand and power tools (specialty tools will be provided)
• Ability to load and unload materials such as lumber, drywall, paint and more
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses and shields, reflective vest, dust masks, seat belts, and hearing protection
• Perform a wide variety of manual tasks on job site
• Ability to take accurate measurements and make accurate cuts
• Cleaning job sites promptly and efficiently
Minimum Qualifications:
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable source transportation
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and approachable
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Able to work independent or as a team
• Proactive and dependable
• Self-motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
