Well it’s official! The shop is back open! I really missed being creative and the therapeutic time in the shop. So with that being said, the shop is back open and I plan to do a few custom projects a year and I am so excited! I want to thank the owners of the Farm at Bentley Fields Weddings & Events for allowing me to be part of this project. As several of my friends know I plan to reopen my wood shop and once again start building custom projects for clients. This was a great opportunity to knock a little dust off and start using the tools again I am so excited for the future.

I hope everyone is doing well I know it’s been quite some time since I posted a project, truth is I don’t have much time right now so I don’t really look to take on anything new but I had a couple very close friends build a new home and asked me if I would be willing to build him a dining room table and told me I could take as long as I needed because they understood I didn’t have a whole lot of time available so after over a year I am proud to produce the final product! thank you Tessa and George for trusting me with a special project!

Been a while since I posted and what I still do with the custom creations business is minimal, but I still build from time to time it is still a passion for me. Here is a whiskey barrel liquor cabinet with a custom set of glasses. I finished this a couple months back but was finally able to deliver it yesterday. And yes the shelve set rises up out of the barrel and has accent lighting.

First off I would like to not only thank my client for the opportunity to build the built ins but thank them for their patience and understanding for the delays during the build. I am very pleased with the final product and hope it brings them joy for many years to come!!
