This is a 16x24 screened porches that we finished up over the winter . It has coconut husk decking From timber tech , vinyl hand rail with black spindles, and a 6x6 landing with steps to the ground . The outside has a screen system from screeneze ,vinyl horizontal skirting and riser lights . The inside has pvc tongue and groove ceiling ,2 fans , 6 recess lights and 3 outlets . Last but not least we did a 6’ wide fire place with versetta stone mission color front and back with a Mantle , tv mount , and electric fireplace that runs on 120 v that can put out heat or you can turn the heat off and just run the led flames … over all this was a great project and we had a alot of fun building it for the customers

We built this 12x20 composite deck, which steps down to a 12x12 section. The deck features Timber Tech reclaimed chestnut decking and white vinyl handrails with black spindles, accompanied by a drink rail. Furthermore, it includes white vinyl skirting with an access door and under-rail lighting with riser, as well as outside accent lighting directed towards the pool.

12x12 PVC deck completed just a couple months ago!
This project features Azek English Walnut decking paired with Trex Vintage Lantern railing and black spindles for a clean, timeless look. The homeowners also chose under-rail lighting, riser lights , full skirting with an access door, and a custom removable dog ramp to match. Low-maintenance, durable, and built to last—this was a fun project that turned out beautifully.

This is a 14x20 screen porch with a 16x20 deck . It has a 13’ bar top , 6’ wide steps riser and under rail lights . The customer went with timber tech weathered teak cool touch decking , white vinyl railing with black spindles and a drink rail . The screen porch features screeneze screen track that we had sand blasted and then powder coated black along with the screws . A pine tongue and grove ceiling 2 white beams with 2 ceiling fans and 6 -4” accent recessed lights . A black screen door with a dog door with black floor mount receptacles .

We constructed a 16x16 screen porch and a 10x16 deck, featuring Timber Tech dark teak decking and Wolf vinyl railing. The screen was installed using the Screen Eze system. Exterior finishing touches included skirting and an access door. Interior features comprised a couple of outlets and a ceiling fan, completing the project.

This is a 18x20 screen porch we built on a deck we did a few years ago . They chose to keep the gable open and screen it in for a more open feel . We also wrapped the bottom in white pvc horizontal skirting with an access door and built a 4x4 landing in front of the screen door . Inside we did a really fun pine tongue and groove ceiling with 4 different colors . Some of the boards are stained or painted and some of them white washed for a weathered beach kind of vibe . I think the black fans make everything tie together on the ceiling. The customers were awesome , and we had a lot of fun building this
