We recently removed a large deck area and put in a new one! These customers were absolutely fantastic to work with. We did a wood privacy fence for them several months ago. Thank you so much for choosing Brozer Construction, LLC to complete another project for you!

We are currently working on a job doing soffit, fascia, and siding. After that we are doing a full house painting and installing all new windows for a customer! Keep a look out for more pictures!

Another happy customer with a fresh privacy fence to enjoy their backyard! Now their pups can go outside and roam the yard in safety :) There is a back gate and a front gate to enter and leave wirh ease! This was a recent bathroom remodel we did in June for a gentleman in Fairbury. He needed to convert from a bathtub to a walk-in shower with fold up shower seat. We removed previous wall finishing and put up new drywall, new toilet installation, new vanity, framed in the shower as it was a custom size opening, and replaced subfloor and flooring. Painting was not part of this bathroom remodel. We also "deleted" or removed a strangely placed/located window in the bathroom. We had a very happy customer after project completion!

It's been awhile since we posted projects so time to catch up! This was a house in Grafton that we scraped, peel stopped, primered, and painted. We also replaced some wood siding. Unfortunately the previous contractor did not do what he was hired to do. Thankfully the customers reached out to us and we were able to get them taken care of.
