This customer was tired of walking through the mud with all the recent rain so we were able to get in there between storms and pour some sidewalk last week! Once the dirt dries we will be able to get back in there to strip forms, finish grading out and seed the area. If you’re in a bind, give us a call to see how we can help! Yesterday it rained on my parade, but this morning I was able to finish up this grading project and left with another satisfied customer. The duplexes were taking on water in the basement due to poor drainage between the houses. We dug a swell through the center to allow water to run away from the foundation, into the swell, and drain away from the property. If you’re having similar issues give us a call today before one rain storm like yesterday costs you big time on basement repairs!

No project too small when you have a mini excavator and an operator! This customer was having water run back toward the house instead of down the driveway so I took advantage of the cloudy morning and cut a hump out of the driveway allowing water to properly drain into the swell by the road.

Gutter drain project we did last week in Lincoln replacing 62LF of solid drain with perforated pipe, bed with rock, topped off with the existing soil to direct water flow away from the foundation. The existing drain had back fall due to tree roots growing around the pipe causing the basement to flood when it rains.

We finished up 60ft of gutter drain this morning. On this project we replaced existing gutter drain, brought in rock to seat the pipe and then fixed the grade to direct water away from the foundation. This solution will fix the water issue the customer had in their basement due to poor drainage and back fall on the drain pipe. My crew has been working tirelessly to help me get some projects finished up before my son gets here on top of our day jobs! I can’t thank them enough for the help through the rain and heat.
