The end of framing is an exciting and important milestone. Everything is still exposed. Every wire, every pipe, every decision is still visible, and more importantly, adjustable. Because once drywall goes up, all of this gets covered for good.
That’s why we don’t rush this phase. We slow the process down and go deep into the details.
We create renderings of the spaces, so we’re not just guessing. We produce detailed construction drawings, so every trade is working from the same clear plan. We post QR codes on site that link directly to plumbing and electrical specs, so information is accessible in real time.
Then we walk it.
We walk the house with our clients during the electrical walkthrough, talking through outlet placement, lighting, and how they’ll actually live in the space.
And then our team walks it again during our rough-in meeting. We cross-check plans, drawings, and renderings, looking for anything we can solve now instead of after drywall.
Because this is the last time we get to see inside the walls. This is where small decisions prevent problems later.
This is where good homes become great homes.
This is where our systems matter most.
