It was an exciting day for me and my crew. Three steel beams were put into place at our Wilson Drive/Pigeon Point project. We had never done any such heavy steel work but after some careful planning it all went smoothly. Thank you Jim Pender/Pender Brothers and Certified Crane Service!

This amazing home just came on the market and is a perfect example of our capabilities. I started the design of this home while still in Connecticut and it started as a New England farmhouse. Upon moving to Beaufort it was refined to a Lowcountry home (higher ceilings, hip roof etc.)with the assistance of architect Wayne Dell. The kitchen design, interior and exterior details and floor plan remained mine and I am responsible for the final ex*****on of the plans.
