Project Progress Update | Bradley Creek Kayak Launch 🚧

Another productive day on site! Our crew continued drilling and installing bolts for the handrail posts and drop girders, making steady progress toward completing the kayak launch. Every connection brings us one step closer to delivering a safe, durable, and long-lasting waterfront structure.

Carteret Marine is looking for the right person to take ownership of our shop and yard operations and help us continue building a strong team and an efficient operation.

We're looking for someone who is **organized, mechanically inclined, accountable, and knows how to lead people**.

This isn't just a position for someone who can turn wrenches. We need someone who can **manage the operation** — organize people and priorities, keep equipment and materials ready, solve problems before they become emergencies, and hold the team to a high standard.

If you have experience managing a **shop, equipment fleet, construction or marine operation, service department, fabrication facility, or similar environment**, we'd like to talk.

This is a **full-time leadership position with an opportunity to grow as Carteret Marine grows.**

Behind the Scenes | Bay Run ⚓

Every day on the water brings new challenges. Our crew launched the boat, positioned the barge, and installed four 20-foot pilings before changing tide conditions required a change of plans. The barge was safely relocated, keeping the project on track for the next phase.

Progress is built one step at a time and our team is committed to getting the job done safely and efficiently.

The team transported pilings to the site, installed four pilings, made alignment adjustments where needed, and continued work on the girders. Great teamwork and steady progress every step of the way! 💪
