Infrastructure Precast, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Plant Maintenance & Mobile Repair Mechanic to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site second shift position with schedules available from:
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
or
• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

In this role, you’ll help keep our fleet and production equipment operating safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities include plant maintenance along with mobile equipment maintenance and repairs on:
• Dump trucks
• Tractor-trailers
• Mixers
• Flatbeds
• Forklifts
• Loaders
• Cranes
• Other heavy equipment and plant machinery

Ideal candidates will have:
✔ 3–5 years of plant maintenance experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Heavy-duty diesel experience is a plus
