🎇 Glander Transit LLC is Now Hiring 🎇
We are looking for 2-Quad Axle dump truck drivers. This position is a full-time position, Mon – Fri with very few if any Saturdays, can be seasonal if winter driving is not desired. We have newer Peterbilt Quad Axles that are maintained in house. Your responsibilities as a driver are to operate the truck in a safe and professional manner in accordance with all state and federal laws that apply to this position. Delivering construction aggregates to our large customer base in a timely and professional manner. Reporting in detail any issues with your assigned truck to the shop staff and keeping your truck clean.
📍 Pay is based on commission of the trucks gross, with a base pay of $28/hr
📍 Paid vacation up to 3 weeks at $200 a day based on 40 hour week
📍 Paid Birthday used as the day of or a floating vacation day @ $200
📍 Holiday paid at $175 a day
📍 Retirement plan with company matched up to 3%
📍 Dean Health insurance options with $2,000 single and $4,000 family deductible and employee’s monthly out of pocket max at $350. Preexisting conditions may affect rates.
📍Dental and Vision insurance is also available
📍Aflac disability insurance is available to the driver
