Today (Friday 10/02) will be the last day of water testing at the hartford retail store for the season. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and wish we were able to provide additional details at this time. We are still open Wednesday-Friday 10-6, and have many closing supplies and limited chemicals in stock.

The hartford location will be OPEN tomorrow 10-6

Next week we will begin our seasonal hours of Wednesdays through Fridays 10-6, and Saturdays 8-12.

The Hartford Retail Store will be temporarily closed with the exception of FRIDAYS (Open 10-6) due to staffing issues. We will have Shortened, updated hours beginning Friday for the remainder of the season. At this time we are uncertain of the new hours and will keep this page updated. Heads up! ‼️
we are currently facing an unforeseen situation that will impact our retail store for the next couple of days.
Unfortunately, our water testing system has failed on us and we are currently awaiting warranty replacement, rendering us unable to conduct any water testing. This should be resolved by Monday.

Furthermore, a nationwide outage has affected our distributors' ordering system, resulting in stockouts of numerous products and a delay in receiving our next delivery until Monday as well.

We greatly apologize for this inconvenience. We are still open today with limited products in stock, and happy to assist any way that we can.

Some items we are sold out of include but is not limited to Liquid Chlorine, 25lb Tablets, many sizes of alkalinity increaser, calcium Increaser, above ground pool flex hoses, and a couple other small chemical items such as flocculant and Revive.
