Just brought this one back to life in Enon Valley, PA.

This homeowner called us after having water issues, and after inspecting the roof, it was pretty clear it was past its prime and showing its age.

This was a big one — approximately 31 squares on a predominant 12/12 pitch.

We addressed and mitigated the water issues, removed the old roofing system, and installed a beautiful new IKO Dynasty roof in Biscayne.

Once we had everything opened up, we found about 3 sheets of bad plywood and approximately 100 linear feet of wet and rotten 1x6 decking that needed replaced.

One thing that’s important to me as the owner — we only replace what actually needs replaced.

If the wood is solid, it stays. If it’s wet, rotten or compromised, we replace it. Simple as that.

I try to lead this company with heart and treat every homeowner the way I’d want my own family treated. We’re going to tell you what we find, show you what needs done, and never tell you something needs replaced when it doesn’t.

This Ross Township / West View area homeowner called us after dealing with water intrusion in multiple areas of an older tile roofing system that had reached the end of its life.

After completing an inspection, we documented the damage and helped the homeowner through the insurance claim process so she didn’t have to navigate everything on her own.

Once the project was approved, we removed the failing tile roofing system and replaced it with a new IKO Dynasty architectural shingle system in Biscayne.

The difference is huge.

Not only did the new color completely update the appearance of the home, but more importantly, the homeowner now has a properly installed roofing system and peace of mind knowing the leaks have been addressed.

Insurance-related roofing projects can feel overwhelming. Our job is to help document what we find, explain the process, and make sure the work is completed correctly from start to finish.

This home is getting a complete new roofing system — not just shingles. New underlayment, ice & water protection, drip edge, starter, ventilation, flashing, pipe boots, ridge cap and all the details that go into doing the job right.

There’s no better way to tell the story of a project than hearing it directly from the customer.

Mark and the New Galilee Community Building committee trusted us with a major multi-building exterior project after dealing with multiple leaks and ongoing roofing issues.

The finished project included approximately 120 squares of asphalt roofing, 8 squares of TPO flat roofing, and over 350 linear feet of seamless gutters.

But the part we’re most proud of is the experience behind the finished work.

Clear communication. Owner involvement. Attention to detail. A clean jobsite. And a finished system built to protect these buildings for years to come.

Projects like this mean even more when they’re completed right here in Beaver County, in a community that has supported our family and our business.

And I couldn’t have asked for a better one to hit that milestone.

Our 100th Google review came from Mark after we completed one of the largest projects we’ve taken on right here in our hometown of New Galilee — a multiple-building roofing project at the New Galilee Community Event Center

Mark Benes mentioned the communication, having the owner onsite throughout the project, and even that the property was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Those are the things that mean the most to us, because that’s exactly how we want every customer to feel when they trust our family name with their property.

But this project meant more than just the size of the job.

The Community Event Center is a place that brings people together year after year, and this week it will once again be home to the New Galilee Carnival — a tradition that has been part of this community for generations.
