We are honored to have had a part in this historic project!

We are incredibly thankful and grateful to SUN Precast Co. Inc. for their generous donation of the custom concrete vault that will protect McClure’s 2026 Time Capsule for the next 50 years!

This vault will serve a very important purpose by protecting the memories, stories, photographs, and pieces of our community that will be sealed away on September 12 and preserved for the people of McClure to rediscover in 2076.

You might say that looks like it could weigh a ton. Well you wouldn't be far off since the vault lid alone weighs in at 500 pounds and the bottom is 1,200 pounds.

A project like this is only possible because of businesses and individuals who believe in giving back and investing in their communities. SUN Precast’s generosity has helped make this historic project possible, and their contribution will quite literally become a part of McClure’s history.

Thank you, SUN Precast Co. Inc., for this wonderful donation to our community and for helping us preserve today for tomorrow.
