bilities by providing automatic equipment for dorm room doors. Many of these students go on to move into apartments and houses in the area and keep their equipment which we move from one residence to another and service. We service many leading hospitals in the region and recently were involved in the construction of several where in we provided automatic equipment and doors for entrances, hallways and rooms. We specialize in the sale, installation and repair of automatic doors for pedestrian entrances. We sell and service automatic swinging, sliding, bifolding and revolving doors. We are a distributor for Besam but service all models of automatic door equipment for pedestrian doors and entryways. We have experienced technicians that have been in the business of installing and servicing doors for 30 year. As a leader in the industry we also provide training for our customers so that they are aware of the standards required by law for automatic equipment and so we can better serve their needs. Our technicians and salesmen are ADA certified and are familiar with the requirements of the equipment so it is safe and secure. Products: We service and supply many different types of doors and entrances. Swing, sliding, bifolding and revolving doors for standard pedestrian traffic to security doors. Custom sizes and standard sizes are available in a variety of finishes. Swing Doors: Doors that swing in and out can be modified from existing doors with the addition of automatic hardware or we can supply the complete door with hardware and installation. We have low energy and heavy duty models available. Activation can be triggered by the push of a button, the wave of a hand or by sensors that pick up approaching traffic. Safety sensors on the inswing and outswing sides of the doors are able to prevent accidents where some one could be hit by the door
For residential options we have hand held activation devices and handsfree devices that can be used in tandem with the low energy operator equipment and security deadbolts to provide safety, security and freedom of mobility to our customers. Sliding Doors: Sliding doors are a great way to provide a sleek look to your building and easy accessibility for those with disabilities. Our company can provide your business with single, bi-part or telescopic sliding doors. We can also provide and install sliding doors with sidelites that can be broken out in case of an emergency or are fixed. We also can provide you with pocket sliding doors that appear to disappear into the wall for a sleek entrance to a building or office. Bifolding Doors: Bifolding doors are an option available to those areas where space is limited but a door is needed. Bifolding doors can come as single or biparting and provide the largest opening for the least amount of clearance area. Revolving Doors: Revolving doors a great way to give interest to an entrance. They allow uninterrupted two way traffic without letting through climate control. They come in a range of sizes to allow lighter or heavier traffic flow and can be secured per your needs. Being a leader in the industry we have done work for many businesses in the region. We were involved in the construction of several new hospital buildings in Springfield, the Dayton area, and the Cincinnati area. We service many of the hospitals in the Dayton, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region and many have requested us by name when making improvements to their facilities. We also have done work for Wright Patterson Air Force Base, both in servicing their doors and installing new hardware. Many of the schools, universities and colleges in the area also use us to service their handicap accessible entrances and install new hardware to make their campuses more accessible to those with disabilities. We work closely with Wright State University and others to allow for a wider range of independent mobility to those students that are limited by disabilities that require them to need assistance in opening doors. We provide remote activation for dorm room doors so that these students can live a more normal and independent life. Many of these students will move on from their experiences and take with them the hardware we supplied in their dorm rooms to be installed on their residence in either apartment living or a new home.
