Client was experiencing leaks from onset of move in for the new standing seam metal roofing system. We initially tried to provide a non-evasive approach, with no avail. Removed the existing low slope standing seam roofing system and adjacent steep slope panels. Installed new self adhered high temp underlayment, on the entire exposed area. Mechanically attached coverboard on the low slope area of the roof and installed a fully adhered TPO roofing system and terminated on the steep slopes and lapped with the high temp underlayment. Reinstalled all steep slope standing seam roofing panels and accessories, accordingly.

This should solve leak issues, since not relying on sealant, yet a proper roofing system for the area.

With the recent storm activity, we will be in the Decatur area , today, performing free roof inspections for those that have been affected.
