Just finished this shower install. Had to frame a wall because of the chimney, drywall, install the shower and put the baseboard back. Customer will paint.

Installed this exterior door and trimmed it out with some pressure treated 5/4 board to match what was there that rotted away. Dealing with older buildings with newer door sizes can be challenging. Also replaced a broken window pane and reglazed.

We finished a crawlspace encapsulation today in the Rustburg area. The job included a complete removal of old and dilapidated crawlspace ceiling insulation, floor cleaned of old debris, anti fungal spray on the floor joists, sealed crawlspace vents, cushioned underlayment on the floor, 2.5 inch thick Bora foam insulation boards with termiticide installed on the walls, double radiant sided bubble insulation covering the Bora foam for added R value and radiant heat properties, floor covered with poly reinforced 12 mil v***r barrier with seams sealed with vinyl tape to prevent moisture from the earth to get through the v***r barrier, cinder block piers wrapped and sealed, Aprilaire 1820 Dehumidifier connected to a condensate pump with a remote thermostat and humidistat installed in the house to monitor the crawlspace conditions, a passive fan installed in a vent and a new door installed. This encapsulation provides an insulated crawl to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Moisture and humidity will no longer be destroying the wood because of the vents allowing the conditions to decay the wood because of rot and fungal growth. Pests will be gone and a nice clean crawlspace.
