I don’t post rants, but this is unacceptable.
A big company gets called out for a high water bill, says they “can’t find the problem,” charges the customer($350), and leaves?
That’s not service.
Plumbing 101: check the meter. No movement = no active leak. That narrows it down!
I went straight to the toilet and found the issue in minutes.
This isn’t about making money—it’s about either poor training or hoping for a callback. Both fall on ownership.
When I started I always said do everything with integrity and that still holds true today!
