Another round of nasty water damage in early January —this time coming down through the ceiling in the dining area and bleeding into the living room. We started with bare drywall, primed everything properly, and followed up with two solid coats of the best paint in the world: Sherwin-Williams.

If you check out the before photos, you’ll see a prime example of previous sloppy line work and messy cut-ins. We don’t just trace over old lines—we rework them by hand to create crisp, clean transitions that elevate the whole space.

We also added an accent wall to make the coffee bar pop and give it a standout presence. Subtle details, sharp craftsmanship, and high-end products always make the difference.

In January, we traveled to Florida to restore the interior of this beautiful home, which suffered severe water damage from the hurricane in late 2024. With over a foot and a half of standing water throughout the house, every surface needed attention — and we delivered.

From fresh drywall at the two-foot mark to full repaints of every wall, we left no detail untouched. Walls, brand-new baseboards, doors, door frames, casings, and custom closet inserts — everything was repainted with care and precision. To ensure a flawless finish, all trim and doors were professionally sprayed for that clean, factory-like look.

We treat every project with the highest level of craftsmanship, but this one in particular was a full-scale transformation. I’m incredibly proud of the work we did and how beautifully it turned out.

We only did all the paint work for this project, drywall and finishes was done by two other companies.

Multiple tubes of caulk and two coats of paint and we have the project completed! We don’t take any shortcuts in any of the work we do but surly not exterior work. The importance of prep and making sure water doesn’t get into places it doesn’t belong is a HUGE step that unfortunately lots of people and businesses overlook or simply don’t know. Inherently causing rot and deterioration.  We take every step necessary to get the longest life span anything exterior!
