Hello Community,
I helped build and design this tiny home in Wi******er, VA. We attempted to build the most rudimentary tiny home that would be completely off grid. The idea behind the build was how to cheaply and safely live off grid so one would have enough time in the day to pursue and develop Permaculture. I am now offering this for sale, and I will consider offsetting some of the costs associated with someone buying this building in an effort to become more sustainable, more regenerative more Permaculture in their practices.

This is a great time for those of you who live in Frederick County Virginia or anywhere that might be experiencing drought to determine where the richest soil is on your property. Notice that some places plants are dead or dying and turning yellow. Some places still have a feint blush of sickly green, and others are strangely thriving. That’s because richer, healthier soil can store up to 5 times as much water as poorer soil, generally speaking. The recent rains are amplifying this effect as the better soil has just recently absorbed the maximum amount of water it can hold, at least around here. This has created an ideal situation to locate and note where the healthiest soil lies. All things being equal, average or poor soil will be indicated by dying and yellowing of plant leaves. Unless there is an alternate water source (like a dripping air conditioner or rain gutter) the greener and healthier the plants, the better the soil.
Happy Permaculturing.
