We’re dried in and framing is complete. Had a whole 10 yd dump trailer of scrap wood from the entire house…. we didn’t waste much for sure! Roofs going on soon, porch and patio pour and deck build…. Inside mechanicals will begin…

It’s been a busy week for sure… tomorrow we’ll finish up framing and Sunday get the porch top framed in ready for the concrete. Hopefully get the deck finished before next weekend. I’m really pleased with our progress so far and looking forward to the trades getting started on the mechanicals, plumbing and electrical. Stay tuned to see how our builds progress!

Lumber delivered this morning. We’re gonna start framing Monday. Really excited about this new chapter. In case you’re wondering, yes the front porch will have an elevated slab and it will be a safe room or a panic room or whatever you wanna call it room. But that would be the place to be in a tornado. Stay tuned and watch our builds.

Forms off, waterproofing is applied. Plumbing and floor are next and we be ready for framing package. Backfill will happen over the weekend.
Gonna be a really nice/practical home with over 2000 sq.ft finished with a 2 car garage under.

Poured it today, 45 yds and yeah it was hot too….

New chapters in the making

Really nice 80 yarder we poured on Friday and we pulled forms Monday and we applied waterproofing today…. I have the best team in the industry and I’m proud too.

We staked out the house yesterday and this afternoon we took the equipment over and dug our first basement to start in the neighborhood. Pouring footings for the house tomorrow…. Stay tuned to see our builds…
