Some recent photos from our pool deck improvement project at Wentworth by the sea country club! This project includes removing an existing tennis court to make room for a 60by120 pool deck expansion, new foundation for kitchen expansion and holding tank for the new splash pad.

Over the past few days we had two water service cut and caps and a 4” fire suppression line install on south river rd in Bedford. A big thanks to our guys for pushing through a 13hr over night to get this project done! Thank you to Bedford NH Police Department for 3 days of police detail. Thanks to Bedford DPW , City of Manchester, NH Water Works and Bellemore Septic, Sewer, and Drain !

We recently completed the excavation for the new addition and septic along with a fire suppression tank for the New Boston police department. We changed the septic from a 1250 single compartment tank to a 1250/350 pump chamber tank , along with a 1500 gallon fire suppression tank piped in to the building. This new addition will contain two new holding cells and increases garage space along with a new locker room for the officers!

Today was the first day at Riddle Brook school in Bedford to start the renovation of the lower basketball court. We are honored to be working with the Bedford School District and the Zink family to improve this area for the school and especially for Charlie’s team! A new post tensioned concrete court will be installed by Cape and Island Tennis & Track. More pictures to come as we progress!

Have you ever thought about installing a pool but are limited to space or not looking for a full sized pool? We installed this soake pool at the beginning of summer in Bedford. Soake pools are a great alternative with reduced size , lower cost and increased functionality. They can be used year round and also have static swim systems. We installed 1000sq ft of techo block blu grande with unilock town hall border and unilock Ucara veneer on the pool along with bluestone thermal coping and steps. With a high water table in the back yard we installed a permanent drainage structure with a permanent sump pump to keep the water table below the bottom of the pool.
