We are currently working on a 100+ year old house. What began as a cosmetic update turn into a peer and beam reconstruction due to the amount of rotted wood. While demoing we found a hidden written information on one of the column. It was dated 1913. It was just an amazing find. We contacted the client and handed over to them as for they were ecstatic.
