Mike's Review: We appreciated Rick at RRN explaining line by line of the contract and including owner revisions where applicable for our roof replacement project. Rick explained staging and roofing operations to us and answered all of our questions during contract negotiations.
The RRN field crew arrived on site at the approved time and proceeded with demo after installing property protection. We were impressed by the efficiency of demo ops including removing some roof sheathing. In addition, we appreciated the respect afforded to us, the owners, by the RRN field crew when we requested minor improvements on some existing framing conditions. Each member of the RRN field crew knew their responsibilities and completed them efficiently and professionally the entire day.
This roof replacement project included wood burning stove and furnace flue flashing improvements that were completed with skill and precision. This project produced a lot of debris, but everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Rick came by at the end of the day to make sure we were satisfied. The combination of the roof sheathing, underlayment upgrades, quality shingles and ridge vent upgrades have added so much value to our house. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend RRN to anyone who needs a new roof. Thanks to Rick and his team!
