250 years of America. 40 years of us.

This year, America celebrates its 250th birthday.

It got me thinking… Basement Waterproofing Nationwide has now been serving homeowners for more than 15% of our nation’s history.

Since 1987, we’ve watched neighborhoods grow, families expand, and children become homeowners themselves. We’ve waterproofed homes for parents… and then for their sons and daughters years later.

The part I’m proudest of isn’t the number of basements we’ve repaired.

It’s the people.

Three of the original employees who helped build this company in 1987 are still here, working every day. We are joined by a remarkable group of long-term teammates who have become more like family than coworkers. That kind of loyalty can’t be bought—it has to be earned, one day at a time.
