Just finished up this bathroom remodel in Longmeadow.

ETL Services LLC and myself brought some modern amenities into this clients home. A super quiet Panasonic fan, lighted/antifog mirror, and a towel warmer. Pair all that with some square recessed lights and it gives this bathroom a very modern look.

Just finished this touch up on a home in Feeding Hills!

Brian Sullivan at Birdie Properties LLC reached out to me about a project he took on. He was installing a new tile backsplash in this clients kitchen. They had wanted some new outlets, switches and light fixtures installed.

Within 3 days the client had everything completed and they are back to living their normal lives.

Having issues seeing things at night? Here is one solution for that.

A very nice couple reached out about having difficulty seeing things as they were coming out of bedrooms, especially at night. They both are slightly visually impaired, and needed something that wouldn’t be direct light into their eyes. This was the perfect solution.

This multifamily house needed interconnected smoke detectors in the stairwells before it could be sold. The client reached out to me to get it taken care of, and it was without effecting the closing date.

This house needed a complete kitchen rewire and the owner lives out of state. They never had to step foot on the property for the work to be discussed, agreed to, performed or inspected.

Another kitchen remodel well underway! Got the rough wiring wrapped up this past week and just waiting on inspection.
