There’s something satisfying about watching years of buildup come off a roof. 🙌

This one was covered in pine needles, debris, and moss starting to take hold in the valleys and around the skylights. George got it cleaned up, cleared out, and treated to help slow future moss growth.

Decks don’t usually fail all at once… they start with a few soft spots. 👀 That’s what was going on here.

We pulled the rotten boards, replaced what needed it, and got it solid again.

Little cabin in the woods… with a not so little problem underneath.

This crawlspace had been torn up, so we removed the damaged insulation, replaced it, and added metal wiring underneath to help protect it moving forward.

With no siding to fully close things in, that extra step makes a big difference in keeping the insulation intact. Sometimes you’ve got to work with the environment and build smarter because of it.
