Near Poulsbo Washington

Job Description:
As a Construction Operator you will operate heavy equipment. Some of the key items you will need to do on a daily basis will be:
• Operate several types of large (45,000 lbs. or larger) power construction equipment to move and grade earth primarily on level roadbed and/or in gravel pits or dumpsites.
• Operate a screen Plant
• Load customers

Qualifications:
The qualifications you need to have for this role are
Be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions
• Be comfortable operating tractors, motor graders, wheeled loaders, bulldozers, excavators, boom trucks.
• Have safety focused mindset
The salary range for this position is between $24 and $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Full-Time position operating a Grinder, Dozer, Excavator, or Loader at gravel pit or rock quarry. Performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to scalping, pushing plant feed, feeding crushers, loading haul trucks, loading rockery rock, loading dump trucks, running and maintaining the grinder at the pit and possibly on jobsites etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Supply aggregate plants with feed material
- Move and stockpile material
- Load haul trucks
- Sort oversize rock
- Load dump trucks and flat beds with landscape rock
- Grinding construction and landscaping debris
Experience/Skills:
- Experience operating large heavy equipment: CAT, Hitachi, John Deere
- Must be able to follow directions and work without close supervision.
- Ability to work as team to mine rock and expand the hole.
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations preferred.
Education/Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s license
-Proper paperwork to document that you are authorized to work in the US
-Pass Pre-employment background check.
Physical Demands:
- Regular business hours are 6-4pm M-F and Saturdays
- This job requires working outside in all kinds of weather.
- Attention to Safety when working around heavy equipment and quarry environments.

We are a fast paced Landscape supply company looking for a counter person to help.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Answering phones, waiting on walk in customers, assisting customers in their selection of products, stocking shelves, filling propane tanks, helping customers load up products (which could be lifting bags of fertilizer or grass seed weighing as much as 50 pounds) and the possibility of loading concrete blocks or paver stones into vehicles.
