Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Responsibilities:
-Operate Power Rakes, Mowers and Trimmers during summer months
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent, areas cleared, and materials used
- Operate snowplow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests
- Spread salt or other de-icing agents to prevent slippery surfaces
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects, and operate hand tools
- Ability to work in cold and inclement weather conditions although most work will be performed inside of snow removal vehicle during winter months.
Skills:
- Experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or snow removal is a plus but absolutely not a requirement
