A bunch of basic interior trim to match existing after window replacements.

Added this door to the entrance of a upper level bonus room. Now it can be considered a bedroom!
For a door installation it was pretty involved. Framing, drywall, removal of handrail to trim and reinstall, removal of baseboard to trim and reinstall after door trim was installed, and a little carpet work. Turned out great! Looks like it's been there since the house was built!

This interior door upgrade brought this old home out of the 70s. Giving the home a brighter, modern and even larger feel. Receiving a hug from a client after finishing a project is the most rewarding compliment. A home has more value than a dollar amount. Hope she enjoys her upgrade for many years to come!

Added a man door to the garage so client can enter garage separately on their rental unit.
I like to accomplish the framing alterations from the interior side before cutting the opening. Then once the door is installed, I cut back the siding to accommodate the desired trim.

I always forget to take a before pic. But this closet upgrade turned out nice. The clients love that the walk in closet feel has returned with the space created by the custom sized floating shelving units and added clothing rods. Unlike IKEA these shelves can also be used as ladders or bowling ball storage if desired 😆.

It's important to add blocking to support the counter top for a corner lazy Susan cabinet and when the dishwasher is at the end of a base cabinet run. I was grateful that the installer also failed to attach the countertops properly. Made for a easy removal and repair.
